“I went to see Rachel due to chronic upper and mid-back pain that I've been dealing with for years. It had progressed to the point where it even hurt to breathe because my ribs were being affected. Rachel's mixed approach of dry needling, manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription have been amazingly effective for me. My pain has been significantly improved and my range of motion has also gotten way better. She has an incredible body of knowledge that, when paired with her individualistic approach, really creates some amazing outcomes for her clients. Not only are the actual sessions very effective, she also gives you exercises and other "homework" to help maintain the improvement you'll see right after a treatment. 10/10 would absolutely recommend going to Rachel if you are dealing with chronic pain (or really any pain). She is fantastic and you definitely won't regret being treated by her. She genuinely wants to fix the problem, not just keep clients coming back every week.”
